1. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK CONSUMERS) In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, you can use the self-serve return option in your customer account or contact us at support@kadimastore.net. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

4. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of yourn refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
